Petrochemical Sales Engineer


•Servicing and managing a defined sales territory with both established and new customers while driving revenue growth

•Evaluate customer issues and work with CS&P engineering and operations to provide cost savings solutions to customers by technical application of CS&P repair and maintenance products and services including redesign and new materials.

•Utilize telemarketing and industry networking to identify and gain access to new target customers

•Build in-depth, long-lasting relationships with key target accounts to promote CS&P products and services to support and achieve the assigned sales and growth targets.

•Build robust sales pipeline, maintain documentation, and report on progress at bi-weekly sales meeting

•Utilize time and territory management techniques to optimize activities including customer face time and interaction with CS&P engineering and operations

•Assist in developing marketing communications materials, power point presentations, and overall strategy to drive sales growth in the petrochemical sector


•A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent, although not required, and or a minimum of five years of experience in rotating & fixed equipment maintenance and repair, maintenance and repair

•Over five years of industrial sales experience with proven history of driving year over year sales growth of high end value solutions

•Strong technical and mechanical aptitude.

•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with both internal and external cross functional teams

•Ability to asses used and worn mechanical equipment and recommend unique engineered solutions that enhance the overall performance and productivity of the refurbished equipment

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Candidate must be able to perform in a Fast- paced team environment while focusing on customer deliverables as well as have a demonstrated ability to guide others in a relevant technical area.

•A general understanding of the manufacturing equipment and processes in the Petrochemical industry

•An innovative and self-motivated individual able to work independently with minimal supervision.

•Competence with MS Office in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
