CS&P’s Fluid End Lubrication and Monitoring System is a Patent Pending innovative way to monitor the condition of packing and identify failures before they occur. Remote packing bore pressure monitoring allows the operator to observe the rise of process pressure escaping into the packing bore as packing wears. With this information, packing maintenance becomes packing-health driven rather than being based on arbitrary or crisis driven timelines. Lubrication delivery is assured with a positive displacement gear pump and multiple affirmative indices of operation.
