TEST LINE TECHNICIAN
Test Line Technician performs assembly, repair and maintenance including start up and function testing on a variety of manufactured equipment including but not limited to nitrogen pumping equipment, hydraulic fracturing equipment, and other mobile oilfield equipment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience with mechanical assembly work in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to communicate and relay information professionally and effectively to internal and external customers
• Understanding the principles of hydraulics, 12 Volt DC systems, and engine operations (spark ignited , and diesel)
• Previous experience with the repair and assembly of heavy equipment including the pneumatics, fuel, and lube oil systems
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and safety procedures
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow basic schematics, blueprints, diagrams, and other engineering drawings
• Ability to read gauges, tape measure and other mechanical instruments
• Comply with all applicable quality, health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Troubleshoot, identify and repair problems / hazards that occur during assembly and test
• Utilize fitting, adjusting, and securing maneuvers to build, maintain and repair equipment
• Use various hand and power tools
• Perform other mechanic shop related job duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• High School Diploma, GED or related certificate preferred
• Ability to communicate and work well with others in a multi-disciplined environment
• Strong knowledge in mathematics
• Maintain a complete set of the required tools
• Ability to kneel, bend, stoop, reach and stand throughout the workday
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40lbs
• Manual dexterity
