INDUSTRIAL CRYOGENICS – OUTSIDE SALES
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our Industrial Cryogenics division. This role is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, knowledgeable about industrial equipment and cryogenic solutions, and skilled at managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through closing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience considered.
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial equipment, cryogenics, or related technical fields.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage a sales territory and achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally to meet with customers and attend events.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
REQUIREMENTS / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new opportunities for business growth.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and product demonstrations to promote cryogenic equipment and services.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, inside sales) to ensure customer needs are met.
- Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in M1 software and reporting tools.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions as needed.
